Can I request changes?

Absolutely! You can ask for updates whenever you want, keeping your site fresh and relevant. You get two updates free in the 100 monthly charge and any changes after that are only $25.

What if I don’t know what I want?

No worries! We guide you through the process, helping you clarify your needs and shaping your website accordingly. We will go back and forth with you as many times as you need to get it right for you. And since we are not a huge company, we only have a few options, so you won't be overwhelmed in choices.

How long does it take?

Typically, we get your site ready within a timely manner, depending on your input and complexity. Depending on variables like if the domain is brand new with the build or if it is old and just needs a new page, we can usually have your site up and running within 24 hours. Unless we have 40 in the queue, then I may need a day or two. lol

Is support available?

Yes, we’re here to help whenever you need assistance or have questions. Having spent years in helpdesk at IBM and in person at FQHCs I have walked many end users with various levels of tech knowledge to guide them to where they need to be.

Do I need technical skills?

Not at all! We handle the technical side so you can focus on your business without stress. Anything that requires technicals on your side will be handled with in depth emails or phone calls so I can walk you through it in real time.
